BZ solids control equipment were sent to project site

A batch of BZ solid control equipment and equipment spare parts produced were packaged and sent to the project site after trial testing, including desilter centrifugal pump and its spare parts. BZ solids control can provide customized solutions according to customer requirements, BZ engineer have rich experience in equipment design, production ,and application,has been recognized for their working ability by the majority of users.

BZ desilter is located between shale shaker and decanter centrifuge in solid control process. Its main purpose is to remove the smaller solid particles which are filtered through the shale shaker and still mixed in the drilling fluid. The core component of BZ desilter is hydrocyclone, which can separate solid and liquid by centrifugal sedimentation separation principle. Its ability for separating solid phase is related to its own structural parameters, slurry pressure and drilling fluid characteristics.
BZ desilter is mainly used in land and offshore oil and gas drilling, coal bed gas drilling, trenchless directional drilling, pile driving engineering.  waste water treatment, mud treatment and other projects, it is suitable for mud and solid-liquid mixture in various environments. Generally excluded particles >15 microns

BZ centrifugal pump is suitable for drilling fluid or industrial suspension slurry, compared with the ordinary pump, It is advantage in excellent performance, large flow, high temperature, long service time, convenient maintenance, high reliability, energy saving and so on, can be applied to onshore and offshore drilling mud recovery system. The machine is made of investment casting process, alloy cast iron material, brand bearing, mechanical seal and disc seal double seal.  not only can supply slurry to desander and desilter, but also can serve as the ideal power of jet mixing device.
