BZ Solids Control has exported drilling fluid desanders and vacuum degassers to overseas market.

Drilling fluid desanders and vacuum degassers newly produced by BZ Solids Control are ready for shipment to an overseas drilling project, together with the related spare parts.

Drilling fluid desander is a secondary purification device of the solid‑liquid control system for oil drilling. It is mainly used to remove harmful solids such as cuttings and sand particles with a particle size of 15~44 μm from drilling fluid, so as to stabilize drilling fluid performance, reduce equipment wear and downhole complications.
The desander operates on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation. Drilling fluid is pumped by a sand pump into the hydrocyclone at a pressure of 0.2~0.4 MPa, entering the cyclone chamber at high speed along the tangential direction to form a strong spiral vortex. Under centrifugal force (approximately dozens of times the gravitational force), high‑density sand particles are thrown toward the wall of the device and move downward along a spiral path to be discharged from the underflow outlet. The purified drilling fluid (containing finer particles) converges toward the center, forming a secondary vortex that flows upward back to the circulation tank through the overflow pipe.

The vacuum degasser is a key equipment for treating gas-cut drilling fluid in oil drilling operations. Its core function is to efficiently remove intrusive gases such as natural gas and hydrogen sulfide from drilling fluid under a negative‑pressure environment, ensuring drilling safety and efficiency.
After the equipment is started, the vacuum pump creates negative pressure inside the degassing tank, and gas‑cut drilling fluid enters the tank through the suction pipe. Under negative pressure, bubbles dissolved or mixed in the drilling fluid expand and rupture. The released gas is separated by the separator and discharged through the exhaust pipe. The degassed drilling fluid collects at the bottom of the tank under gravity and is pumped back to the circulation system by a centrifugal pump. Some models are equipped with centrifugal impellers for auxiliary agitation to further enhance gas-liquid separation performance.

BZ Solids Control is a professional manufacturer of intelligent solid‑control equipment and complete systems, integrating technological innovation and R&D, production and processing, global marketing, technical services and technical consulting.
