BZ Mud Gas Separator certified by Classification Society for CNOOC Offshore Oil Drilling Platform

Two sets of Mud Gas Separator recently manufactured by BZ Solid Control will be sent to CNOOC offshore drilling platform. This time, CNOOC required that the equipment must be certified by CCS(China Classification Society) and get the certification, which is extremely strict for manufacturing and related data requirements. After the well control program is started, the mud returned from the wellhead will enter the Mud Gas Separator through the throttle manifold, the mud separated by the Mud Gas Separator will directly return to the shale shaker. The separated gas will be connected to the flare ignition device through the pipeline, and will be ignited and burned by flare ignition device, so as to achieve pollution-free and safe drilling.
