How many processes does the drilling fluid have in the mud circulation process?

Under normal circumstances, the drilling fluid undergoes the following purification treatment processes of solids control equipment during the mud circulation process:

1. Frist mud purification process

The mud filtered through the screen enters the mud tank.

2. Secondary mud purification process

3. Three-stage mud purification process

drilling fluid desanderAfter secondary purification, the drilling fluid enters the desander under the pressure of the slurry supply pump of the desander, passes through the high-pressure swirling flow of the desander cyclone, and the effective mud enters the desander bin with a solid thickness of 47-76um. The phase particles flow out from the drip nozzle of the desander cyclone and are screened by the underflow screen of the desander. The solid particles flow into the mud pool, and the filtered mud flows into the desander bin.

4. Four-stage mud purification process

desilterAfter the three-stage purification, the drilling fluid enters the desilter under the pressure of the slurry supply pump of the desilter, passes through the high-pressure swirling flow of the desilter cyclone, and the effective mud enters the desilter bin, and the solid is 15-47um. The phase particles flow out from the drip nozzle of the desilter cyclone and are screened by the underflow screen of the desilter. The solid phase particles flow into the mud pool, and the filtered mud flows into the desilter bin.

5. Five-stage mud purification process

Under normal circumstances, the five-stage purification is carried out at the same time.
