The composition of the mud cleaner

3. The hydrocyclone group of the mud cleaner is composed of 1-3 high wear-resistant polyurethane desander hydrocyclones and 8-16 high wear-resistant polyurethane hydrocyclones in a combined arrangement, the overflow pipe and the feeding pipe have a large diameter , The cone angle of the cone is small; thus, the pressure of 0.21-0.40 MPa is formed in the sand removal and slurry supply pump and the mud removal and slurry supply pump to achieve the effect of swirling.

4. The mortar direction changing mechanism uses a tiltable metal groove fixed with the central axis to control the flow direction of the mortar; the circularly arranged cyclone group is used in conjunction with the rectangular recovery vibrating screen.
