BZ vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge are sold to aboard

This set of vertical cutting dryer mainly consists of BZGZ900 vertical cuttings dryer and bracket. The vertical cuttings dryer separates oil and water from oil-based and composite-based drilling cuttings by centrifugal force, and the oil content of the separated drilling cuttings is less than 5%, thus reducing harmful substances and recovering useful drilling fluid. High-speed frequency conversion centrifuge is mainly used to recover barite, remove fine solids, reduce the solid content of drilling fluid, control the density and viscosity of drilling fluid, ensure the performance of drilling fluid and play an important role in rapid drilling. BZ designers also fully consider the requirements of transportation and the convenience of customers’ on-site use.

1. The rotating speed can reach 900RPM, which can form a separation factor of 420G and effectively separate the liquid in the drilling cuttings;
2. The scraper is made of cemented carbide material, with long service life;
3. Each replaceable component has passed the dynamic balance test, to keep the balance of the whole machine after replacing the component;
4. Independent oil cooling system, equipped with scientific oil tank cooling system, to meet the use requirements in high temperature environment;
