BZ Solids Control delivered one set of mud gas separator today. The customer from shengli oilfield ordered a set of BZYQ1200 mud gas separator, which is produced strictly according to SY/T 5612-2007.

Mud Gas Separator is a special equipment to handle the invaded gas in drilling fluid. Density and viscosity of the drilling fluid will greatly be influenced by the invaded gas. • Tank body: The mud gas separator with process of the grinding, sand blasting, 3 layers of painting:epoxy zinc as the primer    painting,  the epoxy paintingas the middle coating, polyurethane as the final painting.
• Separates and discharges the enormous free gas from drilling fluids, including poisonous gases like H2S.
• Separated gas is carried by discharge lines to a safe area for combustion.
